This website sets no cookies. This page explains what that means in practice, what is stored in your browser instead, and how to remove it.
Cookies We Set
None. This website sets no cookies — not first-party, not third-party, not for measuring traffic and not for advertising. There is no cookie banner here because there is nothing to consent to: the site was built without them rather than configured to hide them.
Cookies are small text files that a website asks your browser to keep and send back with every request. You can see everything any site stores for you in your browser's developer tools, under Application, then Cookies. This site's list there is empty.
The page-view and quote-started counters described in our Privacy Policy are not cookies and are not covered here, because they store nothing on your device. A count is sent once when a page opens and is never written back, which is why clearing your browser's storage does not affect it — and why there is still nothing to consent to.
What Is Stored in Your Browser
Some pages store a small amount of information in your browser's local storage instead. Local storage is not a cookie: it is never transmitted to our servers, no other website can read it, and we do not use it to identify you or build a profile. It exists so that a half-finished quote is not lost when you move between pages.
Your Quote Cart
Keeps the items you have added while you browse, so moving between pages does not empty your request.
Your Preferences
Remembers the language you chose and the settings you entered in the bending simulator, so you need not re-enter them.
Bot Protection
The quote form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person. It sets no cookies.
While a request is in flight, the page also keeps one short-lived entry for that tab alone: enough to stop the same request being sent twice, and to show your reference number on the confirmation page. It is discarded when you close the tab.
Managing or Deleting It
Because this site sets no cookies, there is no banner and no consent manager to configure. You can remove everything it has stored at any time using your browser's own controls:
- Clear browsing data — in most browsers under Settings, then Privacy. Choosing “Cookies and site data” also clears local storage.
- Empty your quote cart — removing every item clears the stored cart immediately.
- Use a private window — local storage is discarded when the window closes.
Third-Party Content
The contact page shows a map. It is not loaded when the page opens — Google receives nothing, and no cookie is set, until you click the button to load it. When you do, your browser connects to Google, which may set its own cookies and will see your IP address, under Google's privacy policy rather than this one.
The "Get directions" link beside the map is an ordinary hyperlink. It contacts nobody until you follow it, and it opens in a new tab.
That map is the only third-party content on this site. Everything else is served from our own domain, including the fonts, which we host ourselves rather than loading from a font CDN. It is also why there is no consent banner: what you would be consenting to simply is not loaded until you ask for it.
Changes to This Policy
This page describes what the site actually does, and we update it before changing that. If we ever add anything that stores something on your device — a cookie, an analytics script that writes one, a consent manager — this page will say so before it goes live, and we will ask for consent if it is required.
