01 Acceptance of Terms
These terms govern your use of this website. By using it you accept them; if you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
They cover the website itself: the product catalogue, the bending simulator, and the quote requests you send us through them.
02 User Obligations
You do not need an account to use this website. There is no registration, no login and no user profile. When you send us a quote request you confirm that the contact and project details in it are accurate, and that you are entitled to share them with us.
- Give us accurate details, so that we can price the work and reply to you.
- Send requests for work you are actually considering, rather than automated or speculative enquiries.
- Comply with the laws that apply to you and to the materials you order, including any controls on their import, export or resale.
03 Intellectual Property
The content of this website — the text, the product photography, the profile drawings the bending simulator produces, and the page design — belongs to UPCOT or is used with permission. Our name and logo are our trade marks.
Using Our Material
You are welcome to view, print and share these pages for the purpose of considering or placing an order with us. Please do not copy our photographs or profile drawings into your own marketing material, or present them as your own work.
04 Confidentiality
Quotations, prices and technical information we send you are confidential between us. Please do not pass them to another party without our agreement. In the same way, we will treat anything you send us — drawings, specifications, quantities — as confidential, and will not pass it on.
This obligation continues for five (5) years after our discussions end.
05 Limitation of Liability
The information on this website is provided for general guidance. Product dimensions, weights, finishes and availability are indicative and may change; where they differ from the specification we agree with you in writing for a particular order, that agreed specification prevails.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, arising from your use of this website or from reliance on the information in it. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Liability in respect of the goods we supply is governed by the terms of the quotation or order confirmation you accept, rather than by this page.
06 Governing Law
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of Rwanda. The courts of Rwanda have jurisdiction over any such dispute.
